TONE SYSTEM Sports Performance:
I help athletes enhance on-field performance and prevent injuries via strength, speed, and mobilization focused programming. I prefer the ascending and descending resistance of bands with some help of free weights to train athletes because it more adequately transfers to game performance! I love what I do for my athletes. But even better is having the opportunity to watch them use what they’ve learned from me when they compete in their respective sports. You don’t have to play a sport in order to benefit from our system. Everyone has the ability to build strength, run faster, be explosive, and develop injury preventive habits. If someday you decide that you’re going to compete in a sport you’ll be equipped with the right mechanics to make a coaches job a lot easier. You will also have more enjoyment playing the game instead of under performing and risking an injury due to poor mechanics.

The first step is your fitness assessment which helps your performance coach have a better understanding of your current fitness level and how to properly scale your  intensity. It also gives us feedback as to what is or isn’t needed in your training program to help you reach your full potential as an athlete. Our goal is to get you the results you desire, in the least amount of time, with the least amount of effort necessary! No need to overcook a feast!
